We are currently seeking an experience Radiology Receptionist to join our busy Lakemba practice on a full- time/ part time basis. Our Practice is conveniently located in the heart of Lakemba a 2 min walk from Lakmeba Train Station.
We are a private, independently owned practice, providing a friendly team environment.
About the Role:
- Meet and greet patients on the front desk
- Answer incoming calls
- Provide high levels of customer service with patients and referring Health professionals
- Schedule patient appointments and advise them of preparation
- Manage patient invoicing and receipting
- Work as part of a team to ensure the smooth and seamless running of the Practice
- Ability to cope and work in a busy environment
The suitable candidate will have:
- Radiology or Medical Reception experience
- Exceptional communication and customer service skills
- Excellent time management skills and ability to problem solve.
