The United Protestant Association (UPA) Riverina Murray Region, an industry leader in Aged Care, is seeking a Registered Nurse for our 21 bed ageing in place, residential aged care facility based in Holbrook. This position is Permanent 5 days per week.
Selection Criteria:
- Registered Nurse with Current List A Nurses Registration in NSW
- Strong leadership and clinical skills
- Knowledge of and demonstrated commitment to Quality and The Aged Care Accreditation Standards desirable
- Understanding of the Aged Care Funding Instrument an advantage
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience in providing education, including in-service and on the spot training
- A commitment to self-development through professional education and training
- Experience in the use of IT systems
Applicant with flexibility and availability in regard to requirements of resident's health needs in an ageing in place environment would be considered highly.
