At Healthcare Australia, we are seeking experienced Mental Health nurses who are ready to become an integral part of mental health teams across rural Queensland.

In this dynamic role you will provide comprehensive mental health assessments, case management, intervention or group work as required (within a multidisciplinary framework), ensuring the implementation of individual assessment, diagnosis, treatment, follow up, multidisciplinary consultation, liaison with referring agents, discharge planning and the evaluation of care.

You will be in a supportive working environment, where positive working relationships are fostered.

Multiple contracts are currently available right now across Queensland's rural communities

Essential Criteria
-       Full ­AHPRA registration
-       Ability to work autonomously as well as part of a team
-       Minimum 3+ years' experience employed as a Registered Nurse with recent Mental Health Community or Acute Experience
-      National Police Check (or ability to obtain one)
