Medacs Healthcare are seeking expressions of interest from qualified, experienced and outcome focused Clinical Governance candidates, whom are interested in a new challenge. We have long standing partnerships with private and public health organisations Australia wide and a currently recruiting for a variety of senior Clinical Governance positions.

A career in Clinical Governance allows you to be an instrumental driver of an organisation’s systems, that are ultimately responsible for continuously improving the quality of the services, as well as safeguarding high standards of care, by creating an environment in which excellence in clinical care will flourish. This is through involvement in Education, clinical audits, Clinical Effectiveness, Risk Management and Research and Development.

We would love to talk to you if you:

  • Are a registered Allied Health Professional (Holding current practising qualification and with a minimum of 3 years post registration experience)
  • Have a minimum of 5 years’ experience working within Clinical Governance, ideally in a leadership capacity
  • Have exceptional attention to detail coupled with excellent computer skills (MS Office) and written skills
  • Have a thorough working knowledge of the concepts and processes of an accreditation cycle, continuous quality improvement and risk management principles and experience in the implementation of quality systems and programs
  • Have proven success in analytical and problem solving situations
  • Have the ability to communicate effectively to internal and external stakeholders
  • Are positive, team player and committed to best practice
