The Role

You will be provide educational support which is essential in ensuring frontline staff have appropriate knowledge, skills and support to enable them to contribute to continuous improvement, enhancing clinical practice for the delivery of safe and quality resident care. You will be required to travel to various sites across NSW  to ensure you solid stake holder relationship and management.
 
Skills & Experience

• Registered Nurse with current AHPRA Registration
• Cert IV in Training and Assessment (or working towards one )
• Demonstrated experience in aged care environment
• Experience in delivering clinical education to frontline staff
• Experience in developing online training packages
• Flexibility to travel to various sites across NSW, mainly Newcastle, Sydney and country NSW.
