Due to the ongoing expansion of the NDIS across Melbourne in 2018, there is an increasing demand for Support Workers in Melbourne's Northern and North-Western suburbs.

The Role:

Deliver personalised core support services to people living with a disability in our community. 

Make a difference in the lives of others by:

• Providing personal care (e.g. showering, dressing, grooming, medication assistance)
• Undertaking light domestic duties (e.g. ironing, mopping, vacuuming, food preparation); and
• Facilitating community access

This role would be best suited to those with a genuine desire to promote choice and independence of people with a disability.


What You MUST Have:

• Passion for making a difference in someone's life
• 3+ months of paid work experience as a Support Worker
• Certificate III (or higher) in Home and Community, Individualised Support, or Disability
• Current First Aid & CPR Certificates (or willing to obtain)
• Valid Victorian Working With Children Check (or willing to obtain)
• Valid Victorian Driver’s Licence
• Willingness to undergo a Police Check and DWES (Disability Worker Exclusion Scheme) Check
