THE OPPORTUNITY
Better Rehabilitation is looking for a Speech Pathology Team Leader to join the Sydney branch of our National Allied Health Practice.
ABOUT US
Better Rehabilitation is an industry leading allied health practice that provides consultancy, in-home and outpatient rehabilitation services for clients across the lifespan. Our clinicians treat a wide range of conditions with specialisation in neurological rehabilitation.
ABOUT THE ROLE
As part of your role, you will be supporting a national team inclusive of Speech Pathologists and Physiotherapists across our Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane sites. This involves supervising staff, developing and maintaining strong relationships with community agencies and fostering professional development of clinicians within your national Speech Pathology team.
You will be working closely with a supportive team of managers across Australia.
ABOUT YOU
We are looking for a suitable applicant who wishes to work full-time. To be successful with us, you will be independent and dedicated to fitting in with our ethos.
Although previous manager experience is desirable, it is not a requirement to succeed in this role, as you will be provided with management mentoring.

ESSENTIAL CRITERIA
- Minimum of 3 years clinical experience (preferably with some Adult experience)
- Appropriate tertiary qualifications (degree minimum)
- Current Speech Pathology Australia registration
- Permanent Australian residency
- Advanced oral and written communication skills, and proficient computer skills
- Excellent time management skills
- Ability to work independently (under little instruction)
- Working with Children Check
- National Police Clearance
- Current Drivers Licence and Car
