Our Aspley site also has a very strong focus on Natural Health solutions for the community and works strategically with the local doctors to prevent, assess and treat conditions of the human mind and body by integrating conventional health sciences with a range of natural therapies.

The purpose of the role:

Provide consultation services to prevent, assess and treat conditions of the human mind and body by integrating conventional health sciences with a range of natural therapies whilst educating, empowering and motivating customers to take a holistic approach to their health and wellbeing.

In this important role, you will be responsible for:

• Provide professional naturopathic/health consultations and prescribe accordingly
• Provide clear treatment plans to the customer
• Train and develop the pharmacy team on companion sales that support the effectiveness of conventional medicine
• Ensure that every customer has a great customer experience
• Provide general advice and support within the pharmacy
• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
• Ordering and managing supplements
• Merchandising and marketing naturopathic services and supplements

The right person will have:

• 5+ years’ consultation experience in a pharmaceutical environment
• 5+ years’ experience in Naturopath/health consultations
• Qualified Naturopath
• Registered with an Industry body would be advantageous
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a kind, caring and compassionate approach
• The ability to quickly build rapport and win trust of key stakeholders across all levels including doctors
• The ability to work both independently and as an effective team member
• High customer orientation – establishment and maintenance of effective relationships with customers, internally and externally
• Self-motivated, curious and passionate about educating, empowering and motivating people to adopting health solutions
• A valued team member who aligns their behaviour with the company’s vision, mission and values
