About the role

• Provide results-focused leadership to a multi-disciplinary team of Allied Health Professionals
• Coach and develop team to optimise performance and engagement
• Effectively prioritise key business activities (customer, employee, operational) to achieve targets    
• Develop and sustain productive customer relationships through prioritisation of customers and their needs
• Complete case management and assessments corresponding with qualifications and experience as required, however there will be a focus on management activities 
• Ensure timely service delivery that meets legislative, customer and Konekt standards
• Achieve revenue and profit targets whilst managing budget and costs
• Utilise financial analysis and data to effectively plan, budget and troubleshoot 

About you

• Tertiary qualifications in Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy or Exercise Physiology
• Current or ability to attain Full Registration or Accreditation with AHPRA, ASORC or ESSA
• Some exposure to leadership in rehabilitation, clinical or occupational health settings
• Customer-focused and aware of what customers in our industry are looking for.
• Practical knowledge of workers' compensation legislation and case management, with the ability to drive the team to progress cases
• Exceptional organisational skills, confidence in juggling competing priorities and meeting deadlines
• Commercial acumen and understanding of key business drivers
• Energetic, positive and motivated approach
• The successful applicant must currently hold or agree to undertake a pre-employment national criminal check
