About the business

Mindsight Clinic is a Perth based natural therapies practice that provides Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Neurotherapy under the psychological support and guidance of Registered Psychologists & Neurotherapists to help people restore healthy mental processes and a stable, fulfilling life.

This blended modality therapeutic approach is used to treat and manage problematic thought patterns and behaviours and attempts to challenge these feelings and change the way they might influence our actions and habits.  Neurotherapy, also known as Neurofeedback (NFB), is a type of biofeedback that uses real-time displays of brain activity through the use of electroencephalography (EEG), to teach self-regulation of brain function. Neurofeedback is a non-invasive and safe form of positive brain training, which measures and analyses the electricity generated by the Central Nervous System and then uses this analyses to provide specific interactive brain training exercises.  Our leading-edge neurofeedback brain training programmes harness the brain's capacity for change, provides the ability to strengthen cognitive weaknesses, re-routes thought patterns and break emotional habits that can be both transformational and life-changing for clients.

At Mindsight Clinic, we take great pride in using modalities that are grounded and support by decades of clinical research, provided by Neurotherapists and Psychologists. Our Psychologists are registered with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) and are Members/ Associate Members of the Australian Psychological Society (APS).
