The Role
To deliver, manage and co-ordinate quality care to meet the needs of the individuals of Coolibah’s residential facility, on a on a part-time or casual basis. The role will be specifically to work on an afternoon and night shift roster.
Extensive experience working with dementia residents and a particular interest in improving care and management for these residents is mandatory.

Established in 1969 Coolibah Total Caring are leaders in providing a comprehensive range of aged and community care services to the Peel region. Services include a 116 bed residential and respite facility along with a homecare service, location is just minutes away from the newly developed Mandurah Forum.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver appropriate quality care for residents of Coolibah at all times
- Ensure assessments of residents are completed as per our policies and procedures
- Participant in residents ACFI assessments
- Support and supervise junior staff to deliver care and identify training and development requirements
- Ensure accreditation and safety standards are adhered to at all times.
- Complete document reporting & management is always maintained at high levels.
Essential Criteria for the Role
- Registered Nurse Qualification;
- Current APRHA Registration;
- Previous hands-on experience working within an aged care setting working with individuals living with dementia will be highly regarded;
- Development and Implementation of care plans in line with our policies and procedures;
- Previous experience leading a team of care workers and effective team work.
