Our client is a small autonomous division of a large International Company supporting the diagnosis and treatment services of a condition that is highly prevalent and largely undiagnosed in Australia.  Originally the company was founded with the express purpose of providing doctors and their patients at risk of this condition with convenient and affordable access to diagnostic, treatment and long term disease management.  They are also committed to the ongoing patient care and support required to ensure the best possible health outcomes.

THE ROLE

Responsibilities include:

• Regional Business manager with direct reports
• Key Account Management 
• Coaching and Business development required 
• Opportunity for a high performing Medical Sales rep to step up into Management
• Looking for highly motivated & business focused person 
• Highly profitable & important business to the overall company
• Responsible for building strong relationships with KOLs  

 
The Successful Applicant 

• Tertiary qualifications- science, nursing or healthcare related or business degree 
• Minimum 3 years  experience within Australian Healthcare
• Happy to roll up your sleeves and get involved
• Motivated & business focused
• Strong communication skills & ability to work cross functionally
• Demonstrates initiative & strategic approach to building business
