Facility Manager - Aged Care - Cairns area

What We Need

• At least 2 years aged care Facility Manager/Senior Management experience
• Demonstrated leadership skills
• Ability to liaise with the community as well as a variety of stakeholders 
• Demonstrated knowledge and experience in ACFI
• Demonstrated knowledge of accreditation standards and understanding of continuous improvement
• Experience in managing/mentoring care staff and success in managing change
• Current qualified Registered Nurse registration 
• Have a genuine passion for aged care and be people focused
