Position Description:

• Facility Manager, you will be running the overall operations of the residential aged care situated in Geelong.
• Work alongside a strong Care Manager and care staff team
• Ensure that the highest level of clinical care and customer service is provided across the home
• Manage the finances, budgets, HR and staff

Skills & Experience Required:

• Qualified Registered Nurse Qualified with current AHPRA registration
• Minimum 2+ years experienced as a Facility Manager or Director of Nursing in a residential aged care facility in Australia
• Passionate for aged care
• Experience with ACFI, accreditation, aged care standards and legislation
• Step into a medium size home, roll up your sleep and get your hands dirty
