They are currently looking for a proven Oncology Hospital Specialist Representative to drive sales in their Vic East hospital accounts.

Reporting to the National Sales Manager, your responsibilities will be:

• developing strategic business plans through analysing your sales data
• engaging with specialist and allied health professionals
• building customer confidence in prescribing your brand
• collaborating with your immediate and cross-functional team 

The successful candidate will have:

• a proven track record in pharmaceutical hospital specialty sales
• strong strategic planning and strong hospital key account management skills
• excellent customer engagement and relationship building skills
• sound clinical and technical aptitude

Candidates with Oncology experience is preferred however this is not essential. Most of all you will enjoy working in a challenging role where you will engage with a variety of stakeholders who have the patient as the core focus of everything they do.
