ABOUT THE POSITION
An outstanding position has become available for the right candidate. We are seeking an experienced dental assistant(s) to join our busy practices and commence as soon as possible.
This position will be suitable for an experienced dental assistant with administrative & receptionist skills in a dental context. The tasks may include:
- Assisting the Dentist chair side in a general dentistry environment and dental emergencies;
- Patient records maintenance;
- Patient care and management;
- Assisting with administrative tasks such as answering phone calls or handling enquries;
- Sterilizing and instrument processes;
- Interaction with office staff;
- Maintaining a clean and healthy clinical environment;
- Surgery preparation;
- High standards of infection control.
The successful candidate will require:
- Sound & current working knowledge of Dental 4 Windows or willing to be trained;
- Excellent customer service and communication skills;
- High proficiency with administrative & receptionist skills in a dental context
- Fluency in English and Chinese is preferred.
