We’re on the look out for a permanent, full time Dental Assistant. Our Dental Centre within TUH’s Health Hub provides quality care and outstanding services, with twelve surgeries including a team of Dentists, Dental Assistants, Hygienists and Technicians.

The Impact You Could Make
Reporting directly to the Dental Assistant Team Leader, in this permanent, full time role, you will be responsible for assisting Dentists in the provision of comprehensive and contemporary oral health care to all Health Hub patients.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Providing exceptional chair side assistance;
- Assisting in the sterilisation of dental instruments whilst adhering to stringent surgery infection practices; and
- Developing and maintaining both internal and external client relations by providing an informative, friendly and caring working environment, which focuses on the needs of patients.
About You
Your energy, reliability and professionalism will be a great asset to our Dental team. You will have a strong customer focus, a positive outlook, and pride yourself on consistently exceeding patient needs. Hepatitis B immunisation is essential, as is a current Blue Card (or ability to acquire the same).
Ideally, you will have a Cert III in Dental Assisting, the ability to prioritise workloads, and work effectively in a team environment.
