We are looking for an experienced Sales Representative to join our high performing sales team. We’re currently in the launch phase of our respiratory product into the SA market and it’s an exciting time to be a part of the GSK Sales team. This role services the Northern Adelaide territory (with country travel to Port Lincoln & mid north SA) and forms part of our high profile and market leading respiratory therapeutic area with a focus on asthma and COPD. Reporting into a First Line Sales Manager you will play a critical role in engaging with primary care health professionals to promote our respiratory portfolio. 

The key to our success is recognising the value each of our Sales Representatives brings to the broader team, ensuring we remain connected and supportive of each other. You will be part of a highly-motivated sales team focused on making a real and meaningful difference to deliver positive patient outcomes. 

About the role:

  • Identify, build and develop relationships with GPs;
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive territory plan and deliver on brand strategy;
  • Support the implementation of key programs which differentiate and enhance GSK’s standing in the healthcare market;
  • Provide a science led and value-added service for customers that supports best treatment outcomes for patients;
  • Work in partnership with GSK Hospital Specialist Representatives, commercial and medical teams to deliver objectives in line with GSK strategic goals.

About you:

  • Experience in a field Sales Representative role/s within a large, multi- layered global organisation;
  • Tenacious, agile learner, drive for results, resilient and able to work autonomously;
  • Clear and influential communication skills;
  • An aptitude for science with the ability to relay complex information in a clear and tailored format;
  • A sharp commercial focus complemented by outstanding sales, influencing and relationship-building skills;
  • A team orientated approach.
