The role

The central role involves assessments and rehab programs via our Healthy Back Solutions TGA registered Medical Grade Rehabilitation Devices. The Healthy Back Solutions programs specifically target and isolate the musculature of the spine to assess and treat lumbar, thoracic and cervical spine conditions/ pain, while giving both EP and patient constant feedback.

You will also develop a client load of clinical EP rehab clients as well as utilising our practice gym and offsite local town gyms. There is further scope to develop special areas such as diabetes group programs.

Essential criteria

• Previous Private Practice and industry experience or recent graduates will be considered.
• A team approach to the treatment of your clients and to all aspects of your work within the practice with an ability to work independently.
• An ability to communicate with a greater team of allied health professionals
• Energetic, "can-do" driven and relationship focused personality
• An eagerness to build and nurture your own case load and build genuine rapport
• A willingness to work hard
• A demonstrated commitment to professional development
• Confidence in musculoskeletal knowledge and the implementation of exercise programs utilising the gym available in our clinic.
• ESSA Accreditation eligibility from 2018
• NSW drivers licence and car
• PI Insurance
