The Clinic provides a full range of general, acute and specialised psychiatric services including inpatient, day patient and community Outreach programs.

We are seeking an enthusiastic, motivated, energetic Group Facilitator who has effective communication and interpersonal skills, and an ability to work within a multidisciplinary team and group facilitation.

Essential Criteria:

• Registered Nurse with current AHPRA registration, Clinical Psychologist Grade 2, Occupational Therapist Grade 2 or Social Worker Grade 2
• A minimum of 3 years post graduate experience in group facilitation in the areas of mental illness
• Passionate about psychiatric nursing
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Commitment to excellence in the delivery of healthcare services to patients seeking mental health treatment
• Knowledge with DBT, CBT, and Mindfulness would be highly desirable
• Well developed and established group skills
