THE ROLE
Care Manager; your main responsibility will be to ensure that you are working alongside the other Care Manager to provide the highest level of clinical care for the aged care facility and all of the residents. 

• Day-to-day clinical management alongside another Clinical Manager
• Managing care services provided safely and adequately, aligning with the WHS standards 
• Assess care assessments and plans to ensure precise funding is achieved
• Educating, mentoring and training staff members
• Plan, develop and facilitate accreditation readiness
• Develop strong bonds with the residents and their families to ensure they are receiving excellent customer service
• All clinical reporting and documentation
• Staff training and providing management support

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

• Qualified Registered Nurse with current AHPRA Registration
• Minimum 12 months experience as a Care Manager within Aged Care
• A hands on approach to your role with a focus on customer service and leadership
• Capability and experience in leading a team
• Extensive experience with ACFI
• Extensive knowledge of the aged care standards and accreditation
• Strong communication skills; verbal and written
• Current police check and working rights
