New opportunity for an experienced CRA Training and Compliance Manager to join PRA Health Sciences' embedded sponsor program. 

This position will provide crucial support to the leadership team on strategies to improve the quality and efficiency of departmental functional areas. You will be accustomed to presenting to large groups and be knowledgable on local CRO industry practices and regulatory requirements.

In this role, you will be responsible for creation of training content as well as updating and developing existing content to guide the CRA team in functioning more efficiently.

It is a full-time permanent office based role with minimal travel (up to 10%) required.

While projects vary, your typical responsibilities might include:

  • Ensure training programs, processes, and/or organizational development projects meet intended goals 
  • Coordinate and present developed content to CRA groups
  • Works with functional management and subject matter experts to develop and implement improvements to internal processes and procedures
  • Communicates with stakeholders and target audience in business terms
  • Understands internal and external customers’ business needs and ensures expectations are met
  • Maintains current knowledge of CRO industry practices and regulatory requirements
  • Creates project status reports in a timely manner and alerts functional management of impediments to progress
  • Coordinates and communicates training development and rollout activities

You will need to be comfortable collaborating and communicating with a variety of colleagues and customers. You will also have excellent knowledge of applicable clinical research regulatory requirements.

Minimum requirements:

You will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree or equivalent in health care/scientific discipline
  • Experience training and presenting to large groups
  • Project Management experience within CRO industry
  • Previous local monitoring experience
  • Ability to travel as required (up to 10%)
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills
  • Full work rights for Australia
