About the company:
Vivir Healthcare are seeking Social Workers’ with experience in working with Families and children and early intervention Providers. These are excellent opportunities for Social Workers’ who are looking for a new challenge.
About the role:
The roles involve working with children and families across early intervention, reunification, building stronger resilience and supporting foster care placements.
Your responsibilities will include:
• Conducting case management services including, assessment, planning, facilitation, implementation, advocacy, crisis intervention and best practice models relevant to the child’s needs.
• Forge good relations with the child, their families and the carers. This may include education, assessments and promotion of equality.
• Provide a prompt, efficient, flexible and personalised service committed to delivering a high quality output.
• Ensure compliance with child protection procedures.
To be eligible you will need the following:
• A Bachelor of Social Work or equivalent and current registration
• Minimum of 3 years full time equivalent post qualification experience
• Case management experience dealing with children and families
• Excellent oral and written communications skills
