Rainbow & Nature, a rapidly expanding Pharmaceutical Packaging Company, has an exciting opportunity for Quality Professional to take full responsibility for the set-up, implementation and on-going development of Quality Management Systems that are fully compliant with Australian Regulatory standards.
Reporting to the Quality Manager you will take full leadership responsibility for establishing Quality Management Systems and thereafter their operations, maintenance and governance. You will provide training, guidance and advice to all employees in relation to their QMS responsibilities.
You are responsible for ensuring all vendors are compliant especially regarding the management of ongoing production and new product development. Duties encompass guidance to senior management regarding GMP,GDP,GWP and complementary medicine obligations and ensuring all QMS internal and customer audits are closed out effectively. You are responsible for ensuring corrective and preventative actions are completed within appropriate timeframes.
Personal Attributes, Qualifications & Relevant Experience
Applicants must have minimum 5-8 years quality experience within the Pharmaceutical sector with the capability to apply good technical understanding in establishing and ongoing maintenance of our Quality Management System. You must have an understanding of quality assurance as it applies within Pharmaceutical Packaging. Experience managing suppliers along with managing all aspects of product complaints. You must have working knowledge of TGA processes and standards including Complementary Medicines, GMP, GDP, GWP, PIC/S and HCAPP. You will have excellent problem solving, interpersonal, communication and project management skills.
- A Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant discipline, such as Pharmacy, Chemistry, Biochemistry, Engineering or Quality
- Positive, proactive, professional attitude
- Be cooperative for the performance of any need task within the Quality scenario
