The Role
We are seeking an Occupational Therapist with a minimum of 2 years experience to take up a short-term full-time contract with a Regional SA Hospital service from the 30th July - 4th September.

The role is diverse offering both 50% TCP as well as 50% Rehab.

The TCP aspect of the role involves:

In-home care to maximise function
Working alongside Physiotherapists to meet goals
Working with predominantly geriatric patients with both Nuero/Ortho conditions

The Rehab Role Involves

Ward show assessments
UL and LL Assessments
Therapy programs
Stroke Assessments
Cognitive Assessments
Breakfast Groups
Attending case conference meetings, family meetings&
Discharge planning

Some home visits will also be required and cover:

Home modifications &
Equipment prescription
