The AB Orthodontics sales team cares and looks after all ABO clients and business partners. The team provides excellent customer and business experience by pairing detailed product knowledge with exceptional communication and problem solving skills.

You will manage both technical and product inquiries, submit local orders and manage business retention.  You will intimately understand the intricacies of the product and platform. You will provide valuable information to other team members on customer and business feedback, resulting in key strategic initiative development to enhance customer experience.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

  • Provide high standards of customer service at client site meetings, by phone and email.
  • Assist in the continued development of a NSW strategic plan and implement the launch of new technologies and products.
  • Advise in the development of robust retention strategies and techniques.
  • Update and manage business accounts, often in liaison with company management and customer service.
  • On a cyclical basis, visit all key clients in the territory. Undertake regular scheduled training at the Melbourne head office.
  • Provide ongoing or project-based contact or training support to other team members and push strategic company initiatives.
  • Collaborate with the aligner technology team on identifying technical issues as well as testing opportunities for product enhancements.
  • Consult with clients to improve their utilization of our products appropriately for their needs.
  • Liaise with the customer service team, demonstrating outstanding product knowledge to resolve complex inquiries.

Skills and Experience

  • 4 years experience in technical sales.
  • Excellent communication both written and verbal.
  • Knowledge of orthodontics and dentistry.
  • Passion for customer service and business development.
