Our client is a leading pharmacy group offering a unique and attractive buying and services to its pharmacies in all states of Australia. They are now looking for a strong leader to facilitate the operational and strategic operation of their stores.
As an Store Operations Manager, you will be responsible for leading staff across several pharmacies on territory. Key to your success will be your strong business acumen, ability to lead, motivate and develop your team. You will think on your feet, problem solve autonomously and be able to multi-task with tight deadlines in an environment where no two days are the same. Furthermore, you will be required to drive sales, run the business like your own, handle and identify business opportunities.
Furthermore, you will need to have strong Profit &Loss and some knowledge in recruitment/human resources. Candidates should have previous experience in multi-site, big box or franchise management, OTC pharmacy, or Generic Pharmaceuticals, also candidates with previous experience as a Key Accounts Manager or a Multi-Site Dispensary Manager,
The successful candidates will have:
- Bachelor of Pharmacy
- Previous experience in managing the dispensary
- Strong team leadership skills
- Outstanding customer service & influencing skills, utilising consultative selling methodology
- Worked successfully across multi-site account management
- A demonstrated track record of genuinely delivering better operational and financial outcomes for the pharmacy
- Sound business and commercial skills
- The ability to interact and seek support in their delivery from all areas of the business
The ideal candidate will have strong influencing skills and must be prepared to work towards achievement of set KPIs targets for the new initiatives being introduced.
This role offers the opportunity to take on a challenging business management role, whilst working relatively autonomously. A competitive salary package, plus superannuation and vehicle allowance will be negotiated. Above target performance will be recognised via a bonus plan.
