St Vincent’s Private Hospital Brisbane is a 164-bed private hospital specialising in medical care for those with chronic, complex and multiple health needs. From our established inner-city facilities at Kangaroo Point, overlooking the CBD and the Brisbane River, we offer outstanding inpatient and day services across a broad range of medical specialties including: rehabilitation; acute medicine; palliative care; interim care and pain management.
We are currently seeking full time or part-time Palliative Care Physicians to join our Palliative Care Service and help ensure the hospital services remain faithful to the Mission and Values of St Vincent’s Health Australia. As well as palliative care expertise, we are looking for physicians with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
This position offers the right candidate an exceptional opportunity to join a dynamic and professional multidisciplinary team providing inpatient care, consultation liaison, outpatient and community care.
Essential requirements:
- Registration as a specialist medical practitioner with AHPRA
- Fellowship (or soon to be in receipt) of the Royal Australasian College of Physicians (FRACP) or the Australasian Chapter of Palliative Medicine (FAChPM).
- Ability to meet all St Vincent’s Health Australia credentialing requirements.
- Satisfactory National Criminal History Check
