Clinical Nurse (Registered Nurse) Aged Care

Redstone is currently seeking an experienced Clinical Nurse (Registered Nurse) to join a large residential home located in Adelaide CBD. You will overseeing the clinical aspects of the home as well as staff management alongside the Facility Manager/Care Manager. 

To be successful in this role you will have previous experience as a Clinical Nurse within Aged Care and comfortable managing a team.  

To be considered for this role, you will have:

• Excellent aged care clinical skills
• Qualified Registered Nurse - Div 1 essential! 
• Demonstrated leadership skills
• Demonstrated knowledge and experience in ACFI.
• Manage time efficiently.
• Demonstrated knowledge of accreditation standards and understanding of continuous improvement.
• Superior communication skills both written and verbal
• Experience in managing/mentoring care staff and success in managing change
