Endorsed Enrolled Registered Nurse l Team Leader Profile:
- Registered with AHPRA as an Enrolled Nurse (Division 2 - Medication Endorsed)
- Previous Aged Care experience
- Range of shifts available
- Able to maintain documentation to accreditation standards
- Committed to providing high levels of care to residents
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Good time management skills
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to build relationships with residents and families
- Leadership experience
- Friendly and positive with an empathetic approach to providing clinical care
- Current Police Check
