About the Role
We are currently seeking experienced Renal Dialysis Nurses to join our new 24-chair Renal Dialysis unit. In this role you will work with the Nurse unit Manager to ensure a high level of quality patient care is delivered. As a Clinical Nurse you will be required to act as a positive role model and demonstrate highly developed clinical, communication and problem solving skills.
Skills and Experience
- Relevant registration with AHPRA
- Minimum five (5) years’ experience post registration as a Registered Nurse
- Previous experience in renal and demonstrated competence in renal dialysis desirable
- Advanced understanding of ANMC competencies as per nursing registration
- Proven ability to assess, plan, coordinate and evaluate care delivery needs of patient
- Demonstrate excellent time management, clinical problem solving and organisational skills
- Ability to act as a positive role model with excellent communication skills
