About the opportunity
As leading providers of hip and knee implantable devices, the NSW Joints team reaches out to major hospitals across the state, supporting surgeons operate with a range of reconstructive cases both in and out of theatre. Your portfolio will also incorporate cutting edge robotic equipment involved in these procedures.
As a clinical specialist you will work across a range of Sydney hospitals to support territory managers offer excellent clinical service.
Duties
- Provide clinical support to nurses and surgeons in theatre settings as required. Ensure products are being used efficiently and effectively to maximise patient outcomes.
- Develop strong relationships with KOLs including surgeons, nursing staff and allied health customers
- Provide support to the sales team with highly technical data and product expertise
- Provide a leading service to customers including training, in-services, stock checks, timely deliveries and supporting hospital staff
- This role also involves flexible hours so that you or members of your team can cover unexpected surgeries.
Skills and Experience
- Previous clinical experience (for example: in nursing, chiropractic, physiotherapy background)
- Knowledge of musculoskeletal anatomy and physiology.
- Demonstrated ability to problem solve complex problems
- Demonstrated ability to show initiative to achieve results
- Experience working within a range of teams
- Current drivers licence
