Clinical Care Coordinators - Aged Care RN - Toowoomba

A fantastic opportunity is available for an experienced Registred Nurse who has significant experience in Management to join this Australia wide Aged Care organisation. We are looking for an all-rounder, someone with significant clinical knowledge, a strong manager who possess high-level leadership qualities.

*What's required*

• Current AHPRA Nursing registration 
• Significant CN/CM experience is required
• Over 5 years experience as a Registered Nurse
• Aged Care experience essential!
• Accreditation knowledge
• Ability to delegate duties 
• Experience with the Aged Care funding (ACFI) documentation.
• Demonstrated ability to operate independently and professionally.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Evidence of right to work in Australia, NO SPONSORSHIP OPTIONS
