We have a vacant role for a Centre Manager based in our Belrose centre in Northern Beaches of Sydney.

Candidates with a friendly and can-do attitude and a willingness to do whatever it takes to ensure our patients and Dentists receive a perfect experience, every time are ideal applicants for this role.

The main purpose of this role is to lead and manage the Centre in a commercial and productive manner to meet the requirements of all stakeholders and the needs and expectations of patients and Dentists so as to achieve the objectives as set out in the KPI’s and annual budgets and plans.

To be considered for this opportunity you will:

  • Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate and inspire a team
  • Be reliable, honest and passionate
  • A true passion for improving the oral health of all Australians!
  • Experience in Dental (preferred) or the health care industry and ideally hold Cert III or Cert IV qualifications in Dental Practice
  • Be able to explain how you will support our core values in the way you work (Service, Mutual Respect, Integrity, Learning and Safety)
  • Have a demonstrated ability and willingness to motivate a team to provide excellent service to patients and Dentists
  • Be able to comfortably and collaboratively build good working relationships with high functioning, high delivering health professionals as well as all other levels of the business
  • Have experience in basic business, commercial or financial reporting and analysis as well as  understanding forecasting and planning that will enable a solid leadership connection between Centre KPI’s and organisation bottom line strategic performance
  • Ideally have previously lead, managed and mentored a small team and gained experience in people management processes such as recruiting, performance management, employee rostering, and similar
  • Balance being a productive team member and team leader who can successfully manage a high performing team and Centre that meets or exceeds business objectives
  • Be prepared to do some weekend and evening work to meet operational requirements
  • Maintain high attention to focus and detail to ensure infection control policies, patient care, and effective Centre operations are provided at all times
