Serviced Medical Suites is a locally owned and operated medical practice offering rooms to visiting and local specialists. We are currently looking for a casual Receptionist to work 2 - 3 days per week, across a Monday to Friday roster.
The role is varied, fast-paced and challenging. You will be supported by dedicated and caring managers who are invested in helping you succeed.

Your duties will include the following:
- Meet and Greet: You will be the face of our business and expected to be friendly and professional with patients, doctors and other staff members.
- Medical Software: You will need to learn and become proficient with the medical software we use.
- General Administrative Duties: You will be expected to perform all normal medical admin duties along with any specific requirements of our doctors.
Our ideal candidate will also have at least 2 years of Medical Reception experience; preferably using Genie on an iMac. We are happy to train the right person though; hourly rate will be reflective of experience and suitability.
