About the role:
Our new Medical Receptionist will be responsible for providing professional customer service; face to face, over the phone and also via written communication. The role comes with the responsibility of being seen as the face and voice of Absolute Cosmetic Medicine, and requires someone with a good degree of business sense and exceptional communication skills.
This role is also responsible for general administration, office upkeep and support to other business functions as required
To be successful in this role you will have:
Prior experience working as a Receptionist, Personal Assistant or Office Manager and an understanding of the importance of the role (minimum 2 years experience)
- A professional appearance & telephone manner (essential)
- Excellent written and oral communication skills (essential)
- Excellent time management and organisational skills (essential)
- Excellent administration skills and the ability to multitask (essential)
- Intermediate level of Genie booking system, MS office (Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint) (preferable, not essential)
