Product Manager - Molecular Diagnostics
About the company
Our client is amongst the world leaders in medical technology providers, enhancing and improving drug delivery, diagnosis and discovery. With a focus on innovation, this global company now requires a highly competent Product Manager to join their fast growing Molecular ad Cytology Diagnostics division
About the opportunity
Working with the local Diagnostic Lead, you will determine key strategies and tactics to drive market share across the cytology, perinatal and molecular product portfolios. You will engage your sales force and KOL’s through effective training and medical education programs to raise awareness of product capability across the ANZ market.
Duties
- Develop and implement a competitive marketing strategy
- Conduct market research and analysis to understand your competitive profile
- Support the sales teams and management with providing marketing collateral and materials
- Act as the local product expert across the Cytology, Molecular and Perinatal product portfolios
- Implementing KOL engagement strategies
- Conduct in-field product training with sales force and customers
Skills and Experience
- Bachelor of Science (Molecular or Cytology preferred)
- Min 2-3 years Product Management experience
- Background in Molecular Diagnostics or Cytology preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong project management skills
- Internal stakeholder management
