Office Administrator Assistant - Sub Acute Non Admitted Services

Fixed Term - Part Time
(64 hrs per fortnight)
Maternity Leave Replacement
We are seeking a suitably qualified person to join our professional team to provide clerical support and reception duties for the non admitted service of Community Rehabilitation Centre, Specialist Outpatient Clinics, Complex Care, allied health services and the Allied Health Reception area. This temporary part time position is available from 20 August 2018 to 8 September 2019 and includes working Monday to Friday . This is an opportunity to work within our Sub Acute Non Admitted Services. This position involves assisting the Office Administrator with the facilitation of smoothe patient flow, liaising with a multidisciplinary team and patients and ensuring the accurate collection of data. The position is integral to the multidisciplinary team, committed to person centred care and customer service.
Key Selection Criteria include:
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work autonomously and as part od a team
- Ability/initiative to work unsupervised and to prioritise tasks
- Understanding of medical terminology
- Customer service and person centred care skills
- Proficient, reliable computer and data entry skills
- Openness to feedback
- Current Police Check
- Current Working With Children Check
