Our international business is looking for a Sales Consultant to support our Australian subsidiary, based in Brisbane or the Sunshine Coast.
In this role you will sell Medartis products to relevant Surgeons and Allied Health Care personnel, to achieve growth targets for the company, as well as:
- Developing customer relationships in order to secure new and existing business and achieve competitive conversions to enable growth
- Providing continual up to date clinical education and training to relevant hospital staff on new and existing products
- Participating in trade displays, education courses, workshops and seminars
- Developing territory sales plan/objectives
- Demonstrating and developing selling skills, key account knowledge and product and procedural knowledge
- Efficiently managing and minimising business expenditure to maximise ROI;
- Actively engaging customers via expert clinical support in a theatre based environment
- Attending National team training meetings and educational and industry opportunities
- Analysing, monitoring and reporting on sales data, including activity and performance to budget achievement
To be successful in this role, you will have an exceptional sales background as well as:
- Tertiary qualification in a relevant discipline
- Demonstrated experience in a similar role with high levels of industry knowledge and sales track record
- A passion for sales and customer relationship management, and a desire for employment stability in the orthopaedic/trauma sales arena.
- Strong communication skills, transparency and the ability to establish and maintain successful working relationships both internal and external to the Medartis business
- Highly driven, resilient, self-motivated with a strong work ethic and professional integrity
- Experience using the Microsoft Office suite
- Valid passport and relevant drivers licence
