About the role
Our rapidly growing organisation is seeking a full time Occupational Therapist to join our team, with a strong commitment to customer service, with a high level of interpersonal skills and a desire to develop and gain further specialised clinical expertise. Work as part of a small tight knit team of professionals with a focus on providing the best evidence based care possible.
This roles is comprised of a mix of gerontology functional assessment, carrying out pain management therapy, falls prevention & acute assessment, group therapy programs and manual handling training. This role is supported by senior therapists and our dedicated clinical educator. Family friendly hours, work alongside other Physio's and OT's at a single facility.
Position Requirements
- Full registration with AHPRA and current Victorian license
- Strong assessment, clinical reasoning and problem solving skills
- High level of communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work within a team and autonomously
- Start Date - Mid to End July 2018
