About National Occupational Therapy
At National Occupational Therapy we believe that all clients in the community have the right to access high quality occupational therapy services that are delivered on time and by highly skilled clinicians. Our occupational therapy services are delivered to clients in their homes or in the community for the convenience of our clients and to ensure that the best clinical outcomes can be achieved.
National Occupational Therapy has OT's in Victoria and Southern NSW expanding further into NSW and QLD. We offer the full range of OT services including home assessments, functional assessment, equipment prescription, home and vehicle modifications, ADL retraining or skill building, and focused treatment sessions. Our clients include NDIS, compensable clients and private referrals.
Clients are allocated to each of our therapists according to geographical location and OT skill set and experience. There are opportunities for our clinicians to manage both mixed and specialised caseloads.
We offer a mentoring program to all our OT's. This peer support and supervision enables clinicians to refine their skills and broaden their clinical expertise. Maintaining excellence in service delivery and quality is of vital importance to us. We are a flexible work organisation and have career progression opportunities.
Your New Position
We are looking for Occupational Therapists living in VIC to join our friendly team and to help deliver community-based OT services to clients living in these regions. All experience levels of candidates will be considered, and there is scope for full time, part time and contractor roles. These roles will offer the flexibility of working from home. Training and mentoring support is provided to enable clinicians to consolidate and/or diversify your skills. You will have a solid understanding of factors impacting OT service provision in areas including Aged Care, NDIS and the Compensable System.
The Successful applicants will have:
- Excellent communication and report writing skills
- Current driver's license and reliable car
- Valid AHPRA registration
- Police Check
- Working with Children Check
- Ability to work autonomously
- Highly organised and efficient
