2019 Surgical Hospital Medical Officer (HMO) PGY2+
Fixed Term - Full Time commencing February 2019
Ballarat Health Services is offering a number of HMO positions in the PGY2+ Surgical Stream. Successful applicants will complete rotations in a range of disciplines including General Surgery, Urology, Orthopaedics, ICU, ED and Relief.
Ballarat Health Services comprises of the Base Hospital (221 beds), Queen Elizabeth Centre (sub-acute care - 70 beds) and Psychiatric Services (67 beds). Ballarat Health Services is a major training site for the University of Melbourne and Deakin Rural Clinical Schools. Senior staff are strongly committed to teaching and the professional development of Interns, HMOs and Registrars.
