The Company:

The Roles:

Their Victorian team is keen to interview potential candidates for a Territory Manager or Associate Territory Manager role in Orthopaedics. 

You will be working with surgeons and nurses in operating theatres.  You will become a technical expert, and for candidates in Associate rather than full Territory Manager role, when the time is right for both you and the company, and you have expertise with their products, market and customers, you will progress into a full Territory Manager position.

Your Background:

To be an Associate Territory Manager, you should have a degree and a clinical/technical background, plus proven sales experience in some capacity.   

For the Territory Manager role, sales experience in another similar position would be ideal, or you may be selling other products into hospitals. These roles require resilience, passion and commitment.

The Package:

This company offers excellent salary packages which are amongst the best in the industry and these include base, $20,500 car allowance, 9.5% super and open-ended bonuses and commissions at the Territory Manager level, with an on target bonus of $45k-50k.
