I am excited to once again be partnering with a leader in the healthcare and pharmaceutical space. They have over 50,000 subscribers and have been growing successfully for over 28 years. As a strong leader in the industry, they represent leading brands and display them to a targeted industry expert audience. 

My client is looking to welcome a Business Development Manager to join the team and to help support them in their purpose to deliver current news, products and insights. 

The Candidate 

The right candidate will have experience in the pharmaceutical/healthcare space and they’ll have an interest in media and digital. My client is more than happy to teach you the media side; you just need to bring your understanding of the pharmaceutical/healthcare space and your knowledge of how to best communicate with healthcare professionals. A background selling direct into pharmaceutical companies or brand managers is advantageous, however experience selling as a brand manager or as a territory manager selling on road is still ideal. 

The Role 

You will manage existing accounts and you’ll pursue new accounts with pharmaceutical companies direct. You will make it your mission to find solutions for your clients needs by selling across the entire business offering and you’ll be proactive in identifying new commercial opportunities within your existing accounts and new prospects. You will be reporting to a strong mentor that will guide you to succeed and progress your career within the company. The team is very collaborative and enthusiastic, and they enjoy bouncing ideas off each other.
