We are currently looking for a Careers Consultant / Life Coach to help expand our wellbeing and careers services offering. In this role, you will guide and support participants of our program to set and achieve their wellbeing and ultimately career goals through a mentoring model. You will be working with participants of our program that have been injured and returning to health in a one on one mentoring environment
Requirements:
- A passion in Wellbeing and life coaching skills
- 5 + years in career consulting
- A mature, empathetic attitude when dealing with individuals who have or are undertaking significant life changes and or recovering from, injury
- Intermediate word, excel, and power point skills
- Ability to work in a team and do what needs to be done to assist our clients
We are looking for someone who genuinely cares about people and firmly believes that great businesses can make a difference in people’s lives. You will need to have a mature attitude, enjoy working with people and have a passion in wellbeing. This will require you to be comfortable in a rapidly changing environment and work well with limited supervision.
