My client is Canberra based pharmacy group with a number of busy stores.

The owner has very high standards and this translates to his exceptionally high level of customer service.

Being able to multi task whilst having a very high attention to detail will see you being successful in this established business.

ABOUT YOUR NEW ROLE

To be considered for a position with this company you will need to demonstrate the following

• Full residential & Working rights in Australia
• Similar experience in an Australian Business
• Relevant qualification and current registration

• Retail experience in a volume, catalogue driven store
• Experience with OHS and working in a team
• An understanding of KPI’s and their importance in a successful business
• A high level of personal presentation and grooming standards
• The natural ability to handle conflict and delicate circumstances
• Attention to detail and high customer “follow up” focus
• Multi tasking ability, run the business like your own and report to the owner
