PHARMACIST -  FULL TIME

Pharmacy Background

Circle Health Pharmacy is a brand new medical centre pharmacy.  The pharmacy is located within the impressive, state of the art, Circle Health medical facility on Blackshaws Road in Altona North.  This facility consists of Altona North Medical Group, pathology, dentistry, physiotherapy, psychology, podiatry and a sleep apnoea clinic to name a few.  This is an ideal position for a pharmacist with great clinical skills and who enjoys working closely with other health professionals.  Providing excellent patient care and "cutting edge" professional health services is an important aspect of this pharmacy.

About The Role

The full time hours on offer are: Mondays 3pm to 9pm, Wednesdays 8am to 2pm, Thursdays 8am to 9pm, Saturdays 9am to 1pm and Sundays 9am to 1pm.  The are hours are flexible to an extent however, if a mix of day and night is needed.  

We would like a pharmacist who is enthusiastic and has a drive to want to build a business.    Whilst not essential, the ability to speak a language other than English (such as Greek, Italian, Serbian or Croatian) would be a bonus.

We are happy to also consider a recent graduate who is willing to develop their pharmacy and management skills.

You will be liaising directly with the business owner and will be supported in the day-to-day operations of the business.

• Australian Registered Pharmacist
• Energetic and self motivated
• Effective leadership skills
• Accurate and efficient dispensing of prescriptions
• Able to adopt new methods and develop new strategies
• Fully participate in all professional services (for example clinical interventions, meds checks, scripts on file, DAA packaging)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Effective relationship building skills leading to customer loyalty and rapport
• Encourage generic conversion to improve gross profit
• Effective knowledge of the financial aspects associated with the pharmacy operation and the performance targets we aim to achieve
• Solid computer skills
