Client:

Our client is a leading Clinical Research Organisation who provides comprehensive drug development capabilities worldwide. They support large capital Blue Chip Pharmaceutical companies throughout Australia, New Zealand, United States and Europe.

We are looking to hire a Contract Senior Clinical Research Associate to assist with their Clinical Operations unit and provide site management support, ensuring regulatory compliance, patient safety and data integrity.  

The role is a 6-month contract paying an hourly rate with the potential to roll over the contract.
  
Job Tasks and Responsibilities

• Initiating, establishing and developing client relationships
• Executing performance reports. Reviewing company metrics, resource and deliverables
• Writing and reviewing monitoring visit reports
• Perform co-monitoring visits
• Review and perform Corrective and Preventative Action plans
• Manage financial budget requirements
• Source Data Verification
• Site Management
• Site feasibilities assessments, initiations, and closeouts
• Trial Recruitment

  
Skills and experience

• Full working rights in Australia
• Degree qualified in Clinical or Life Science related field
• At least 5 years of monitoring experience in Australia or New Zealand
• Oncology early phase experience
• Mentoring experience
• Oncology Experience is beneficial but not essential
• Strong Verbal and written communication and Interpersonal skills
• Excellent working knowledge of ICH-GCP Guidelines
• Highly collaborative and ambitious
• Experience working with external stakeholders
• A Team Player
