Senior Brand Manager - Diabetes

The Diabetes portfolio is undergoing significant growth and in this role you will be driving, managing and approving marketing activities for the brand.
Reporting to the Head of Marketing, your insights, customer and patient focus will shape and direct strategic plans in this competitive market place.
Responsibilities of this role include:
- Ensure that all activities are supported by stakeholders, truly patient focused, globally aligned and compliant.
- Understand and articulate the patient’s perspective from the moment of diagnosis and throughout their journey
- Deliver effective and competitive Strategic and Tactical Marketing plans
- Ensure that strong external relationships are built and maintained
- Ensure that through a deep understanding of the patient journey, the Marketing plans deliver essential short term growth and long term brand success
- Shaping marketplace changes, identifying and maximising new growth opportunities
- Budget management and, agree and delivers upon metrics, measurements and targets
You will have proven business and marketing experience and a solid background in primary care pharmaceuticals. You will be customer focussed, results orientated, analytical, foster collaborative teamwork, and enjoy delivering change.
