About the Role

Reporting to a State Sales Manager, your permanent, full time role is to maintain and expand our client base within Western Australia. Primarily looking after Residential Aged Care Facilities & Hospitals the successful candidate needs to be switched on, enthusiastic, a relationship building extraordinaire and understand the importance of finding solutions for our clients.

  • Maintain an effective call cycle for all clients within the defined territory to ensure customer needs are met;
  • Establish and develop a strong sales/revenue pipeline
  • Develop sales strategies to enhance incremental sales with existing clients.
  • Building strong relationships with key decision makers and influencers within food service, catering, allied health, RAC’s and Pharmacy.
  • Working with dietitians, catering managers and chefs to promote and sell the Flavour Creations ‘Food First’ strategy and product range
  • Execute an agreed territory management/coverage plan
  • Provide education and training on products and services
  • Maintain CRM with up to date account details;
  • Analysis of sales reports and customer purchasing;
  • Understand the customers' business and how to add value;
  • Meet/exceed quarterly budgets and KPI's.

About you

The successful candidate will likely demonstrate:

  • Proven sales experience within healthcare;
  • Exceptional communication and rapport building skills;
  • Comfortable in providing technical information in a clinical setting, including in-servicing;
  • Great time management skills and be a team player that is self-motivated;
  • Possess the experience and confidence to engage at a senior level;
  • Know how to present and sell 'solutions';
  • Be able to operate at fast pace and adapt to changing market conditions and new competitors;
  • Have attention to detail and a desire to succeed;
  • Have experience using CRM Systems and Microsoft Office;
  • Possess a current and clean drivers licence and reliable vehicle;
  • Willingness to undertake some domestic travel.
